Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments constrain our ability to care for your health needs, and the needs of other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. Our office requires 24 hour notice of a cancellation for the following visit types:
Data Collection Visit prior to Complete Physical
Complete Physical
Diagnostic Testing
Saturday Appointments
In the event that you miss or fail to cancel one of these appointments 24 hour prior, an administrative fee will be charged. The fee is $25.00 and must be paid prior to scheduling future visits. We appreciate your support.
